281. Petition system broken - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I cannot delete an old petition, and cannot create a new one because of this. I now have two broken missions because a third mission giver will not speak to me, and there is no way for me to petition the broken missions. So... I'm in a pretty pi...

283. Exploration Guide v2.0 - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Doc Iridium on 15/05/2007 11:21:32 Glad to see a revised version of this guide that is a bit more practical, rather than technical. I just started learning how to do scanning the other day, having learned all the skills mentioned i...

284. The right hand of Zazzmataz mission, lvl 3 - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
My error on the level of this mission, it is a lvl 4 mission, so the DPS is appropriate. The placement of incoming ships is still atrocious. Dying simply because you are jammed into a box and can't warp is very very upsetting.

285. The right hand of Zazzmataz mission, lvl 3 - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
This mission is a deathtrap to anyone who does not know it already. Upon entry, you are trapped inside one of the really annoying asteroid structures, and cannot warp out. This is very bad because the DPS coming at you is greater than that of most...

287. Deadspace structures need more reward - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I was just looking at the in development section, and something there looks promising. I suppose it is possible that large structures will also generate wrecks, like ships are eventually supposed to do. According to what I read, wrecks will be lo...

288. Brute force NPC hauler ganking in high sec - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
I suppose I'll have to make a Disposa-Maller and tank it up, to see what the strength of response is. Nobody indicated that Concord Ships will attack, so even if there are six sentries, an Apoc with t2 tanking gear, near max tanking skills, and t...

289. Brute force NPC hauler ganking in high sec - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
Here's the scenario I'm trying to figure out. I already know how to hunt NPC haulers with zero risk, but it's painfully slow. I would like to simply kill them while tanking the sentries, and have a hauler buddy pick up the loot cans. What reacti...

291. Gate Locking information - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
I'm not a new EVE player, but I'm not very knowledgeable about gates in low sec. In .1 - .4 space, I know that: 1) If you fire *first* on a non-outlaw, the sentries will open up, and the gate will lock to you. 2) If you fire on an outlaw *firs...

292. A login queue would be nice - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I understand that after a patch, it is good practice to slowly allow the player population to grow, especially after database changes, but I would think that a little 10-year-old 486 machine could be used to form a queue for logins, so that we cou...
